Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box, then secure that box inside a separate shipping carton to protect the packaging during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our New York warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
